CNC Machining Capabilities
Rawx Precision Machine provides precision CNC machining for prototype, low-volume, and production requirements. Our milling and turning capabilities allow us to manufacture everything from straightforward components to complex, tight-tolerance parts.
We focus on efficient manufacturing, consistent quality, and dependable delivery—providing customers with a reliable source for precision machined components.
1
3-Axis Milling
Our 3-axis CNC milling capabilities provide an efficient solution for precision components with straightforward geometries. Ideal for plates, fixtures, brackets, and machined components requiring accurate features, consistent tolerances, and repeatable results.
2
3+2 Axis milling
3+2 axis machining allows multiple sides and angled features to be completed in fewer setups. Reduced handling improves accuracy between features while providing an efficient solution for more complex components that do not require continuous 5-axis machining.
3
5-Axis milling
Our 5-axis machining capabilities allow us to efficiently produce complex geometries, compound angles, and multi-sided components with fewer setups. This reduces handling, improves feature-to-feature accuracy, and provides greater flexibility for demanding precision components.
4
Flexible CNC Machining Platform
Our machining platform is built around Haas VF-2SS and VF-2SSYT high-speed vertical machining centers, providing the flexibility to efficiently produce a wide range of precision components.
With working envelopes up to 30" × 20" × 20", we can accommodate both smaller precision components and larger workpieces. For complex multi-sided parts, our VF-2SSYT equipped with a TRT160 5-axis rotary provides simultaneous 5-axis capability, reducing setups and improving access to difficult features.
We tailor the workholding strategy to the part and production requirements. Depending on the application, we can utilize standard vises, dedicated soft jaws, fixture plates, or fully custom workholding to create an efficient and repeatable manufacturing process.
Rather than forcing every job into the same setup, we build the machining and workholding approach around the part—helping improve accuracy, repeatability, and production efficiency.
